Reflex Systems, part of the Reflex Group, is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator for its Boston site. The Reflex Group, established in 2002, is the largest privately-owned print and packaging company in the UK, known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, ethics, and low environmental impact.

 

Role:

This full-time permanent role involves providing customers with costs/quotes, processing orders, handling telephone queries, conducting clerical duties, and raising internal purchase orders.

The position demands the ability to work independently and collaborate with various departments, necessitating strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Requirements:

*         Experience in a print or machinery environment

*         Excellent organisational skills (written and verbal)

*         Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel is a must)

*         Strong attention to detail

*         Effective problem-solving abilities

*         Willingness to develop professionally

*         Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems

*         Understanding of customer objectives
