Job Title: Marketing Executive

 

Location: Hybrid – You will ideally be situated within an easily computable distance of any of our sites – ideally Nottinghamshire | Leicestershire | Lincolnshire.

You will be required to travel around the different sites within the group, so a driving licence is essential.

 

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, permanent

 

Salary: Competitive Salary & Company Car

 

About the Role:

An excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the Reflex Group – the UK’s largest labelling and packaging specialists.

You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing and other members of the marketing team to implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketing professional, who is highly organised and self-motivated, with an excellent eye for detail, a creative mindset and a proven track record in both traditional and digital marketing, particularly within a B2B environment.

 

Role Requirements:

*        A Marketing related qualification, preferably a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 

*        A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a marketing team with a focus on B2B marketing. 

*        Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously. 

*        Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

*        Excellent attention to detail. 

*        A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to marketing challenges. 

*        A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals. 

*        A creative mindset – generating innovative ideas and content to effectively market our products. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

This is a varied role that requires a highly organised Marketing all-rounder, with experience across all areas of the Marketing Mix. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

        Content Creation*: You will develop engaging and relevant content for marketing material including website content, blogs, brochures, presentations, newsletters and social media.

        Digital Marketing –* You will take ownership of all social media activity for Graphic Brands and Proof+, our in-house Creative Agency and Prototyping Facility. This includes developing and implementing a social media plan aligned with brand objectives, planning and scheduling content, writing and designing engaging posts, and actively growing and managing their online presence. You’ll be the go-to person for digital storytelling across these brands, ensuring their creative output and innovation are showcased effectively and consistently across platforms.

        Internal Marketing Communications* - You will take ownership of compiling our bi-monthly company newsletter and other initiatives across the group to keep employees up to date on all that is happening across the company.

        Event Co-ordination* – You will help plan, organise and co-ordinate participation in industry events and trade shows, along with co-ordinating marketing materials, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. You will also be required to represent the Reflex Group at events and shows where appropriate.

        CSR Initiatives* – You will work with the marketing team on communicating our sustainability achievements and corporate social responsibility initiatives across the group sites and local communities.

        Marketing Administration -* You will help manage inbound enquiries from the company website, internal requirements for marketing collateral and general marketing requests and queries.

        Market Research* – When required, you will assist in researching trends, competitor activities and customer needs to help shape marketing strategies.
