Job Title: Digital Press Operator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join our busy print production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital printing and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain digital printing presses (HP Digital or Screen Ink Jet preferred, but not essential).
• Ensure accurate colour reproduction and high-quality output across all jobs.
• Manage workflow effectively to meet tight production deadlines.
• Follow established procedures and processes independently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy digital print production environment.
• Relevant training certificates in digital press operation.
• Strong eye for colour and detail, with a flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent job management and organisational skills.
• Good standard of education and competent computer literacy.
